Longer than expected Everyone is very friendly and the new facility is beautiful and efficient. However, for having an appointment and the service area not seemingly busy, Everyone is very friendly and the new facility is beautiful and efficient. However, for having an appointment and the service area not seemingly busy, waiting almost 2 hours for an oil change was excessive, I felt. The waiting area was so cold, I was freezing.
