The only reason for 2 stars is the work was done Very frustrating, after bringing it for an appointment with Service. Three days later after My husband was told one thing, I another. It took 4 hours, Very frustrating, after bringing it for an appointment with Service. Three days later after My husband was told one thing, I another. It took 4 hours, 3 calls and 2 texts to find out my truck was not ready. Then an hour later when I can't get it, it's ready. Poor communication from shop and what seems to be within customer service itself to get the information out to the customer. More

Service detail dept When I bought my new car the service detailing department damaged my car then I went back the other day to get my car detailed and told them exactly w When I bought my new car the service detailing department damaged my car then I went back the other day to get my car detailed and told them exactly what I needed clean and they failed to. I had to go back in and tell them, they cleaned it...but still failed to appropriately clean the car. At this point I am so disappointed with the service detail department, I just wanted to get out. 2008 Ridgeline I brought my truck in for a second time to have the power steering fixed the truck was kept for 11 days I had to keep calling to see if it was ready I brought my truck in for a second time to have the power steering fixed the truck was kept for 11 days I had to keep calling to see if it was ready but every time I was told the fluid was still leaking out. The service rep Justin told me he did not believe me when I told him that the Power steering hose had been cut even though I had this stated from Mohawk Honda when they took a look at the truck in between the first and second visit. It was a disappointing experience. Plus the service rep was so rude at my first visit. So I called Ed the manager. Never received a call back. More
