Waste of time I was looking at an 18 Eclipse Cross, told the salesperson what payment range I was looking at and what my needs were. Told her to not check my credit until I knew what they would give me for my trade and the best offer on the new car, they ran it anyway. Told me they had me where I wanted my payment to be then tell me it's going to be $130 more than my payment on my trade...HELLO did I not just tell you where I needed to be. Rip off Con man dealership Bought a used truck there in June of 2018. I was from out of town, So after purchase I discovered a lot of rust underneath and had mechanical problem Bought a used truck there in June of 2018. I was from out of town, So after purchase I discovered a lot of rust underneath and had mechanical problems starting to happen just a month after purchase. just 6 months after purchase trucks motor would not hold any oil pressure and I had to have a complete engine replacement that cost me 6000 just 6 months after i paid them 17k for a truck that was a rip off, This truck should have never been sold to the public. This was an auction car that looks like it had been in a flood and passed off. The dealer did not give a crap about me after the truck was gone. The truck died on me on the interstate and lost all power, nearly got me and my son into an accident that could have killed us, all because of these people and there crooked, shady business practices. These people dont give a crap about you or your family. All they care about is greed and cheating you off for as much as they can. xxxx business, run by xxxx people. More

Replace variable timing valve on 2014 Nissan Altima I knew I had to pay for a Dianostics Test, parts, and labor. I told Josh Byrd I had replaced one of the Varible Timing Valves and that could be the pr I knew I had to pay for a Dianostics Test, parts, and labor. I told Josh Byrd I had replaced one of the Varible Timing Valves and that could be the problem. I know it only takes maybe 15 minutes to replace this valve. Thats the reason for this poor reveiw as he charged me one and a halve hours labor at $190.00 plus $200.00 for the part and dianostics test for a total of nearly $400.00. I am retired on Social Security and have to struggle just to get by. Thats a lot of money when you have very little to spend. I am sorry to complain but I just have so much money to get by. More
