Buying a car is stressful, whether or not you are fully prepared for that step, we felt prepared, but still learned a lot! We didn't see the salesperson we thought we would see, I think our salesman was perhaps more new, but he was great! Ryan Patrick, our salesman, was knowledgeable of the Outlander Features, packages, etc! He let us walk around, consider color combinations, interiors, features at random. Stephanie Stevens was our initial and continuous contact right up until we drove away with new car. She gave us treats for our giant dog, water and checked in often to see if we needed something else! That was great service! She checked in later to see how we were enjoying our new Outlander! Jim McCoy...in financing...didn't seem like your typical finance person! He was as informed about Mitsubishi as anyone could ever hope to be! It was a joy discussing the product and purchase, didn't "feel" like buying a car. Chris...not sure of his last name and I regret that....but he was the MAN! He programmed the app into my phone (huge big deal), and at the end, he gave my husband a dealership hat, actually 2 hats. This may seem like a typical car purchase, I have lost count of how many new cars I have purchased...a lot...some I custom ordered, some were more equipped or luxurious, but I feel I got a top of the line Outlander, a reasonable deal, a great interest rate and met some people I would trust in a dark room. So that made this a great experience! 5 Stars and a plus sign for them! THIS dealership actually seemed to care. (Get a bench near smoke stand for us "limited folks!") Chronic back injury folk will appreciate a moment to think! More

othing, but a diagnostic test completed, the warranty company contacted, and the same repetitive words of "we worked you in," which no work had been done. They would not reimburse me for the rental car, the GM did not return my calls, nor would they provide a loaner knowing that the service to my vehicle would be extensive. In lieu of that and as stated previously, 2 of those weeks that they "worked me in" the tech called out sick, which they basically refused to assig anyone else. Sure, I completely understand people being stricken with sickness, but I was in essence being penalized for their lack. The service manager Janice Malcolm was extremely rude and unwilling to do anything but a continuance of rude, passive aggressive chatter. If Wallace would have completed or even started the work, they would not have lost over 6k+, which Van Averette (owner) and the rest can thank Janice and the GM for losing business, bad reviews, spreading the word that the Wallace Nissan service center is negligent and inept. Beware of listed prices,.."internet price" etc. Led us to believe prices were good until after they performed a credit check- saying we weren't eligible for the full discount. This type of behavior is what gives dealerships a bad name. More

Poor service department. I called to have a coolant leak diagnosed. I made an appointment to drop the car off 4 days out, because they were booked. (so far so good). They called a few hours after I dropped it off and stated "we found the leak and it should be done tomorrow". I called the next afternoon and again " it should be done tomorrow ". They stated " it should be done tomorrow" everyday afternoon for a week. They kept my car seven days to swap out a radiator, after waiting 4 days for the appointment. Horrible service. Horrible. More
