Took my car in for recall and on the way there notice vibration in steering wheel ask them to balanced tires. Drove back home which is an hour away and steering wheel still vibrated. Called them up to let them know what was going on, they told me to bring it back in when I could. AC went out on the car so I took the car in at that time. I had to message the service writer to find out what was going with my car.She mesages me that the tires are out of round and that they had a sale on them. I didn't believe that they had a problem so I didn't want the new tires until I had them checked out. Also had to ask about what was going on with the AC. She told me it was low on freon and if they can't find leak they would have to charge me 205.00 and what ever the freon cost. I asked her if freon is low then where did it disappear to. She didn't answer my question and blamed it on the dealership I purchased the car at. So I told her to fix it anyway. Once again I had to asked her when the car was going to be complete and that's when she said she had just received the keys that it was complete. When I get there they wanted to charge me another 188.00 for checking balanced tires after I already paid 80.00 for the balance. Had my wife drive car back and I followed her home. I asked her of there was a vibration and she told me no. I test drove it and it was smooth as glass. Just wondering how out of round tires improved like that. Her and her manager don't like ot when they get challenged. If I didn't know better Wallace hyundai would be richer eight. Ow. Fell bad for those that don't know better and keep paying these bogus bills. More

Terrible experience will never deal with wallace hyundai of ft.pierce specifically the service departament. Charged $ 3500 and when something was not right with their repairs wanted to charge me $200 just t of ft.pierce specifically the service departament. I asked them to give me their assessment. They were confused as to what I wanted so I talked to the service manager and told him that I needed someone to hit the AC seat button, see if it's working. The tech could hit the button, sit down, put their hand on the seat, or use a thermo-gauge. I just wanted their expert opinion. He said, Ok, there will be a charge to check it out. I said, okay. I get the car back on Thursday and the work order says that they can't duplicate the customers concern. The Charge was 165.00 That's it. When I was leaving the Lincolns service center, the service person said that they don't work on Hyundai Genesis. More
