My brand new Jetta broke down within 7 days. I told Brian exactly what was happening with the car and what I suspected was the problem. The dealer would not listen to what I was telling him the problem was. After having the car for 4 days with no success I asked if they found the short in the steering column. He never passed on my information to the techs. Brian called back within an hour and said they found the problem. It took them 4 days to get me a rental car. I finally had to call VW costumer service to get them to force the dealer to comply. And it gets worse.... So they finally fixed my car after 7 days. I go to pick up my car and there are chips in the both front doors. They tried to say they were rock chips. There were no other marks on the car. After dealing with the director he stated that the marks were not from them but they would fix them anyway. Fix them they did.... The filled in the chips with the wrong color red paint. Looks more like nail polish painted on the door of a 19 day old car that they have had more than me. If it was up to me I would close the business down so they can't damage anyone more vehicles. More
