2nd car purchased from Walker Ford. All services over the 8 years we had our last car we’re done there, an I expect we’ll continue with our current car purchases there. Only concern was that no dealer personnel We saw or dealt with were wearing a mask when the car was picked up or dropped off, nor was there any obvious sign of the car having been wiped down or sanitized in any way after the service was complete. This was mildly concerning given the current health climate. Otherwise, everyone was helpful and courteous as always. More

Had an issue getting someone to greet me in the service drive. I finally was able to flag someone down and they got me a service writer. My writer was on the phone. I never did meet him.
