my tires were balanced when i came in for an oil change and rotation. now the vehicle shakes and i’m being told i need to pay for a new balance. This is 4th or 5th time i’ve now been told i need to balance and rotation. now the vehicle shakes and i’m being told i need to pay for a new balance. This is 4th or 5th time i’ve now been told i need to balance my tires after a rotation. Your techs failed to properly inflate my tires. it says very clearly on the door panel 35PSI not 45PSI. I’m not really sure why they added air to the tires anyways since when i came in they were at 38PSI. At this point if i’m going have to pay $100 for special oil and rotations i will go to firestone. at least if they make mistakes they make amends for it. unlike your service department. I would like to say this 1 star does not solely belong to Daniel as when i returned to bring the shaking to your attention i did not speak with him it was a different service manager. If i could give you a 0 on this form I would. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions regarding this. otherwise i look forward to not doing any future business with Walker chevy, and it makes me question my loyalty to GM for the past 9 years and 2 vehicles More

Called and made a service appointment last Sat. Requested a loaner vehicle which I was told I would be put in one with a week out appointment for service. Arrived on time, and was told there were n Requested a loaner vehicle which I was told I would be put in one with a week out appointment for service. Arrived on time, and was told there were no loaner vehicles. Informed that to scan my vehicle it would be an hour, plus an hour for oil change/tire rotation. I opted out of scan, and asked for the latter with ALL filters changed as the vehicle prompted for them on the screen. An hour later, my vehicle was not started to be worked on. After I get my vehicle 45 mins after that the car still asked for filters changes, because it was not performed. Over 2 hours later, I’m still sitting in the dealership with a generic lounge, no water or beverages offered other than a vending machine. The lack of professionalism and sense of urgency or value for customers’ time is appalling! Needless to say, I will not return. More
