Upon arrival everything was very smooth and professional. After requesting to do so, my service advisor brought me out into the shop to have a look for myself under the car while it was on the hoist. The shop was tidy and clean. The inspection was detailed and complete. The car had no issues except for two overdue recalls; one to replace a headlight wiring harness, and one for a dual catalytic converter replacement. They took care of the harness that day at no charge and ordered the exhaust parts for the other at no charge. They then performed the exhaust recall service within a week or so at no charge and there have been no issues with the car. About a week following, the A/C went out on the car for whatever reason, and so I returned to Walker for help. They determined that the issue was a leaking condenser and advised to replace it and recharge the system. I approved the work and they completed it that same day. They worked in conjunction with the warranty agency from where I'd purchased the car and my total amount was merely my deductible according to my warranty agreement. The process was easy and seamless. In my three encounters with them thus far I have always been treated very well and always felt confident with their services and advice. I've been made to feel like I can trust them with my new-to-me Corvette. The staff is very cordial and professional, and I will continue to call on them in the future for service and advice. Shout out to my service advisor Ryan Collins, and the tech who I believe has performed all of the work on my Corvette thus far, Adam Torau. I appreciate both of you and your talents and skills. You fellas have gained my trust. In this world today it is not easy to find folks that you can trust with your car, especially a special car.. but I believe I have done just that. So thank you guys for demonstrating real integrity, and I'll see you the next time... More

He was the best auto sales associate we’ve ever had and his customer service was superb! The overall experience was fantastic from Scott to Shane, the Finance Manager. In short, my sales person, Shane Thompson, was most courteous and helpful and I rate him a "5 Star". While only with Walker Chevrolet a short time, Shane made every effort to be accommodating to me but courteous and helpful and I rate him a "5 Star". While only with Walker Chevrolet a short time, Shane made every effort to be accommodating to me but had to seek approval for "next steps" and answers to my questions from his boss(es). I had 3 other dealers I contacted regarding the possible purchase of a new 2024 Corvette. I had never done business with Walker before but since they had a model I was looking for I decided to try to work with them instead of waiting a few weeks to have another dealer get my Corvette. One of the bosses, Ryan Dillingham, was nice enough (I rate him at least a "4.5 Star") but insisted the "invoice" price was $98,232.55, exactly $2,000.00 more than the real invoice of $96,232.55; I was told the $2,000.00 was to cover advertising and other costs and said the owner(s) would not budge on this fact. I replied that that is the "cost of doing business". When I returned to the dealership the next day, Friday, July 19, 2024, I knew the true invoice price was $96,232.55 and that was to be the starting point to negotiate some of the Accessories, but, as noted, it was $98,232.55. The two F&I men were lacking in any sort of "bedside manners", etc. The one on Thursday was pushy to try to sell me on financing the Corvette. I repeatedly told him I would pay cash if we could reach an agreeable number, but he kept insisting. The other F&I person on Friday after I agreed on a total price was also pushy on promoting extended warranty. When I asked why I needed that now since GM gives "bumper to bumper" coverage for three years he did not give an acceptable answer; instead, he kept lowering the price for the coverage at least twice after I told him I did not want it at this time. I hope to and intend to have my new Corvette serviced at Walker. More

I drove my car with their Technical Advisor, Greg Mashburn, so he could confirm my problem. He diagnosed it quickly and it was repaired That day at a very reasonable price. These types of problems can be challenging and time consuming. There was never any reluctance to help resolve my problem. Would highly recommend the service department. More
