This was the best New car experience I’ve ever had totally worth the four plus hour drive from my home town in SWVA to Nashville. I grew up in the car business my dad worked at several dealerships and owned his own used car lot as well. I’ve seen and understand why an experience at a dealership can go bad. These guys break the mold on great service. If your home town dealer is still in the Covid mode and acting like they can charge you an outrageous mark up leave that to the next guy who walks in the door and get in a car find a boat jump on a plane and take your business to Walker. They do it the way it oughta be done More

I Would recommend people to this dealership, but it depends on the the type of service you're going for. The simple oil change is fine or to get tires rotated. However if you're get brand new tires the depends on the the type of service you're going for. The simple oil change is fine or to get tires rotated. However if you're get brand new tires they will over charge you for the service. Don't ever go to the dealership for new tires there's better options like discount Tire or Tire discount. I went in walker Chevrolet because I had a noise come from my steering wheel and it was $100 dollars just for them to look at it before finding the problem. So I had no choice to pay the $100 to see what the problem might be. When they found out the noise in the steering wheel was coming deeper in the shaft they was going to charge me almost $200. Keep in mind this is before they truly found the problem and then before part prices to even fix the problem plus what the labor might cost on top of that. So I told the advisor I didn't want to go any further with it. More

Overall service was good but the squeaking that was making noise on the rear of the vehicle returned only two days after servicing.
