This dealership has LIED TO ME FROM THE BEGINNING! DO NOT TRUST THEM. We purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram Rebel from them on 4/19/25. Along with the truck we purchased 2 different warrant and were told it DO NOT TRUST THEM. We purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram Rebel from them on 4/19/25. Along with the truck we purchased 2 different warrant and were told it would cover anything that broke down on the truck for $1300. We had the truck 5 months and drove it ONLY 389 miles!! The truck overheated so we had a mechanic diagnose it and he said the passenger side head gasket failed. Walker NEVER told us any of this!The said they had the truck inspected before selling it to tell us but failed to disclose that very important piece of information!! Then we called our salesperson DEREK AGNEW and told him our situation. He then said they send all warranty work to Franklin Dodge dealership. So we had the truck towed to them. They ALSO diagnosed it with a failed passenger side head gasket. And noticed the 3rd cylinder spark showed signs of burning off coolant inside the cylinder chamber. We then took the truck back to Walker and told them this. They proceeded to check it out an then LIED to us stating the head gasket had not failed as was diagnosed by our mechanic AND Franklin Dodge!! The service technician Cory said that the truck was a gallon and a half low on coolant. He stated they needed to put a dye in the coolant and drive it to find out if the head gasket was the issue as diagnosed already. So we left the truck there and they said they would drive it to find out. We called back a couple of days later and spoke to SCOTT BOYD the sales manager. Scott then said he personally would guarantee that he would make sure the truck was completely fixed. So we let it go for a couple days and never got a call back on that Friday as was agreed on. So again we called back on Tuesday to talk to SCOTT BOYD. At that point Scott said they wouldn’t fix the truck as he stated in a recorded conversation with him. We texted and asked to take the truck back for a full refund and he said you can contact our attorney to proceed further with this situation. Scott refused to talk about anything regarding to the truck. We now have to take the truck on our own to get it fixed elsewhere no thanks to Walker Chevrolet. I WOULD RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST! THEY ARE CHEATERS AND LIARS! More

It did not have the typical pushy new dealer vibe that I have experienced other places. Everyone was kind. Walker review update. UPDATE: As it turns out, they only provide after sales support until you give them a good review, after that you no longer exist. I have stated the problem is I need the lien release letter they received from my bank as I need it to get a refund on my trade in extended service planof over $1K. I have left 3 voice messages for Chris in finance on 15 and 16 August to simply send me a copy of the lien relese letter he received from my bank - NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I called and spoke to Scott the sales manager on Saturday, 16 August at around 1130 - who told me he would get this taken care of - ZERO ACTION. I spoke to a salesman around 4pm on 16 August who said Scott was busy but he would give him my name and number to contact me - ZERO CONTACT. I texted the salesman Ayad on Saturday 16 August - he never read the text but answered the sales number on Saturday 16 August around 650pm and he said he would work on it. SO ALL OF THIS INITIAL REVEW IS NO LNGER ACCURATE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS ACUSTOMER PAST YOU PROVIDING A GOOD REVIEW. INITIAL REVIEW: Walker Chevrolet did a great job with our purchase. They treated us well and ensured all our questions and concerns were addressed, even after the sale. Our sales representative was Ayad and he was just the best I have ever dealt with and I have purchased a lot of vehicles over my 45 years of buying vehicles. I had a few questions after the sale and he was quick to respond and provide solutions to my questions. They gave a fair amount for our trade as well. We traveled over 400 miles to do business with them because they had the best offer available. Chris in finance was excellent as well and understands how to do business for customers from other states, like us from Missouri. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
