The salesman Jeremiah sold me a Honda CRV. The same day that I purchased the vehicle, he and I noticed that the rear view mirror was broken. We took it to the service area for it to be fixed. They couldn’t fix it that day because the part had to be ordered. I came back to the dealership for the new mirror to be installed. About a couple of weeks later Jeremiah called to let me know that $91 was missing from his check. The dealership charged him for the mirror. That was underhanded. If they do that to their employees then what will they do to the customers? More
