I was satisfied with my experience although it took l I appreciated the friendliness of every staff member I spoke to and they were also professional. The only negative aspect was that when I called to check on my car I was told I would receive a call back in 10 minutes but didn't receive a return call until 50 minutes later. I was told by technician they were trying to finish work. I would rather have received a call in a timely manner with realistic estimate of completion of work. More

Few mess ups but worked out in the end Had oil changed and tires rotated the other day and had told them not to out stick in windshield and not to wash it. Well both were done. Now they washed my car with the sunroof tilted open. Got the interior soaked but the guy took care of me. Really appreciate it. More
