Disappointing service interaction. . promptly arrived at my designated appointment time which had been booked a week prior. Was asked if I had ordered the part. This was a scheduled app . promptly arrived at my designated appointment time which had been booked a week prior. Was asked if I had ordered the part. This was a scheduled appointment to do a warranty extension headlight replacement. Was told that if they didn’t have the part in inventory that I would have to reschedule and come back again (I live an hour away). I would like it noted that although I bought and own the vehicle exclusively, I made the appointment and the car is on all the records in my name, not once did the service rep speak to me. He automatically defaulted to my husband and ignored me 100% after the initial greeting and interchange in which I stated what kind of service we were there for. My husband was there only to accompany me for safety’s sake. I was there to service MY vehicle and was totally dismissed. The scheduled service took over 2 hours to replace one headlight (which oh by the way is dimmer than the passenger side headlight). The waiting room TV which we endured for two hours was disturbing (the programming) and extremely loud. Could not drown it out even with earplugs. More
