I dropped my car off the night before my oil change service. I also suspected I needed brakes. received a call 25 minutes after the service department opened to say my car was ready. After my service, I noticed the inspection report showed discrepancies compared to my last report. The mechanic marked a continuous green line through the report to indicate everything was good. Chris texted me to see how the service went and I asked about the discrepancies. I never received a response. I took my car to another mechanic a week later due to hearing noises from my brakes. Turns out, I needed new brakes and rotors. This is not my first disappointing experience with this department. We depend on the mechanics to prolong and maintain the safety of our cars. I have lost trust in this establishment. More

I took the car for a recall and while there I asked them to see why I had the VSA light on. When I went to get the car the rep told me there was a complete inspection performed. However when I got the paper to see why I had the VSA light on. When I went to get the car the rep told me there was a complete inspection performed. However when I got the paperwork it had indicated "Guest requested component diagnostic only" however this is not accurate. Also for my $160 VSA light diagnostic, there is no cost to fix nor parts/labor breakout. They have that breakout for the recall but not for what they charged me - the VSA diagnostic! This is absolutely terrible service! More
