Purchased and paid for a vehicle that had A couple issues when I bought it and they said they would fix it. Now the air conditioning is still not proper and it’s got a loud noise in the engine and the radio. when I bought it and they said they would fix it. Now the air conditioning is still not proper and it’s got a loud noise in the engine and the radio. You still cannot understand. These were the issues they promised they would fix and that were brought up before we signed any papers, now that they got their money, they’re going back on their word in my opinion. Very dissatisfied with this purchase and would not recommend to anyone. The only mileage we ever put on this vehicle was to go back-and-forth to get the same issues Fixed. Then it set up there for over three weeks and they tell us they’re not gonna help us and they totally ignored us while we were out in the parking lot waiting very very disappointed. More

Paid for an oil change, windshield wipers to be replaced and for a tire rotation. After two hours I was told the maintenance was done and I paid. Upon my inspection, I discovered that my wipers and tire rot and for a tire rotation. After two hours I was told the maintenance was done and I paid. Upon my inspection, I discovered that my wipers and tire rotation were not done. I can’t prove or disprove the oil change was done. I complained to the service writer and they replaced the wipers and did the tire rotation that I had paid for/requested. Contacted service manager and he has not resolved the issue to my satisfaction. More
