I dropped my car off for an oil change. It was completed quickly and efficiently and I appreciate the ability to drop off and pick up after hours. They also identified the battery needed replacement and did so with my permission. However, when I picked up the car after hours, it wouldn't start. The sales staff was unwilling to call service staff after hours to assist. I troubleshot and found the positive lead on the new battery was so loose, I could move the nut with my fingers. The following day, the service manager called to apologize and offered a free oil change. I appreciate the effort to make it right. More

Did not have a good experience they failed to rotate tires when I paid for it and charged me parts that were under warranty. Contacted a not so friendly and accommodating service manager, John Quillen, tires when I paid for it and charged me parts that were under warranty. Contacted a not so friendly and accommodating service manager, John Quillen, who took days to resolve an the issues. And I am sure would have taken longer or if forgotten if I did not follow up. Was eventually reimbursed for warranty work, but not the right amount they still attempted to charge me for unnecessary services that I had to point out. Also didnt appreciate being blamed for warrant mistake because apparently it is my fault i didnt mention it was under warranty even though i purchase warranty through them. Also learned different parts are used on vehicles by the dealer if it is under warranty and not under warranty So my recommendation is make sure you get the services you paid for or go somewhere else.
