Waldorf ford is good at selling you a vehicle but when it comes to service and customer service after the purchase they are awful. You can never get anyone on the phone and when you bring your car in for ser comes to service and customer service after the purchase they are awful. You can never get anyone on the phone and when you bring your car in for service they take forever to call you back. I have to drive there and sit and wait to get helped and then they refuse to help and state they will call you back. Which never happens. My car sat a month here getting water pump repair that should have been covered under warranty since I bought a warranty to cover it for 5 years or 100k miles. Somehow the paperwork was filled out incorrectly and contradicts itself making it not clear when ithe warranty ends. I was told that the warranty insurance had to fix it and when I called and finally got a hold of some one they stated that the dealer had to change it in the system. I have paid over 8k of service work out of pocket that should have been covered under Insurance. This has been a horrible experience. I am still waiting on a call for my warranty to get fixed and a refund for all of the services I had to pay out of pocket due to fords negligence and horrible customer service. More
