So, I took my grand Jeep Cherokee L 21 to get my 2 recalls serviced on Tuesday Sept 30, @ 0730 am I did not have an appointment but, I was informed previously that I did not need one. Instead of being a good human with good customer services skills qualities and upholding the mission of Waldorf Ram, CP tells me that’s not in my job description! He transferred me to Rubben who’s the manager on staff which basically agrees with CP. I have never seen anything like this.. I will gladly take my 10,000(grant money) check for repairs to a different company ! You guys lack compassion and integrity! It’s nothing wrong with being nice to people especially if they are nice to you! More
