Went to their website to get a service appointment to accomplish two factory recall services on my truck. Their website (Mr Bob Badman) states that they will come to your house and pick up your vehicle, perform the services, and bring it back to you. Called the service department on 1 May 2020 and set up an appointment and pick-up on the morning of 4 May 2020. They said they would call me when they were en-route to pick up my truck. I never heard anymore from them and here it is the morning of 6 May 2020 and I still have yet to hear from them. So much for them providing me a good first impression. Looks like I won't be using them as my servicing dealer..... More
WORST PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE. I bought a 2008 Toyota Tundra with 92,000 for $15,000. They sold me the truck with a (we owe u) document to address the concerns i had on my test drive promising to fix the Tundra with 92,000 for $15,000. They sold me the truck with a (we owe u) document to address the concerns i had on my test drive promising to fix them. Turned out the truck should have never of passed Inspections at all. It had a bent axle, bad axle wheel bearing, bad brakes and front rotor the tires were put on the wrong way. I still accepted the truck with the agreement they would fix it.( note this is the second day after buying the truck).First they tried to give me a loaner car for 30 days until the warranty kicked in that I purchased separate from the dealer power train warranty(which is illegal) which i humbly declined and told them it was their responsibility and they had to fix it under their dealer warranty. So they "agreed" to fix it and put on a USED AXLE that was damaged. now regardless of any warranty they refuse to honor the work that they did. PLEASE NOTE NON OF THESE THINGS SHOULD HAVE PASSED MARYLAND STATE INSPECTIONS IN THE FIRST PLACE. I have a family and kids and bought this truck for work and to have a reliable vehicle. Now I am stuck with a vehicle i paid $15,000 for and don't even feel safe enough to drive my kids in. not to mention the work i have lost dealing with this. Save yourself the headache and buy a car from somewhere trustworthy, Waldorf Dodge Ram is not. More

Nothing but awesome service here. Terry was awesome and really went the extra mile to find my husband the car he wanted. We were happy to buy a car off of a US Army vet. Terry is amazing! I purchased a 2012 Ram and noticed defects (dull spots) in the paint when the sun light shinned on the truck. I identified this with my salesman who sold me my truck two days later. He explained, no probl in the paint when the sun light shinned on the truck. I identified this with my salesman who sold me my truck two days later. He explained, no problem, probably needs buffing and I will take care of it when you bring it in. I brought the truck in to the service department and they took pictures and sent off to Chrysler. Chrysler came back and agreed to fix the truck, that it was a factory defect. The Service Manager ensured me that my truck would be as good as new and you would never be able to tell it was ever fixed. Now, seven months later, the paint still isn't right! The truck has been painted/repaired 5 different times! I have been without my truck for about 2 months total. Now, the dealership's service managers/director are patronizing me, like it is my fault my truck is covered w/over-spray, painted two-toned, bad body work, missing seals, painted tire, sanding dust in floor boards/mats, masking tape still on truck, new scratches and rear window/roof half painted with over spray. All this could have been avoided by treating my truck like their own and inspecting it from the body shop. Waldorf Ford/Dodge desperately needs quality assurance controls added to their procedures so the customer doesn't have to deal with poor work/repair standards. More
The Waldorf Ford/Dodge group is the absolute worst to deal with. I complained about the discoloration of my Ram boxes several times, each time being told that it was my fault they were did colored. Later deal with. I complained about the discoloration of my Ram boxes several times, each time being told that it was my fault they were did colored. Later after meeting a manager of the Ford side, he attempted to help me. The service manager told me that the boxes were infact covered under warranty......only problem was that at that time I had over 36k on the truck. Attempted to just purchase the ram box cover, but the service department could t even get ordering a part right. While trying to replace the covers, they performed a recall without my permission. The ram boxes never were completed. After the recall work was done, my tires squealed at any minimal turn. Took the truck elsewhere and they found that the recall was incorrectly done. Now, I attempted again to buy the boxes, this time successful.....new catch....received a letter from Dodge the same day stating that the warranty period for the ram boxes was extended. Tried to take the covers back, but service would not accept them as the parts department closed 15 minutes prior. Here's to never buying a dodge again and never from the dealership group. More
We spent a good 4 hours there, test drove the car we wanted and had a positive experience with the sale rep. However, after signing all the papers and loan agreements, we went outside to get in the new wanted and had a positive experience with the sale rep. However, after signing all the papers and loan agreements, we went outside to get in the new car and drive home, and instead were shown a major dent in the front of the car and told that "we probably didn't notice this prior to our test drive." This was a lie; they had damaged it while it was being cleaned, and the damage was significant. The dent was almost the size of a fist, and broke through the paint in 2 places. Instead of apologizing for damaging our car (since we had already bought it), the manager in charge came outside with an attitude and said "so what are we going to do now?" They offered to buff it out, replace the panels, etc. or help us find another car. We were understandably upset and let them know that. Then, after I had time to process it, I went inside the dealership and asked the sales rep we had worked with to find another car. He then said that his manager told him that he was not allowed to sell us another car, and that we would have to leave. I went to the manager and said I was trying to take him up on his offer to find another car, and he said because we had been upset at what had happened, he was not going to do business with us anymore. We were given a couple of sheets of paper related to our trade-in and told to leave. Since I had not been given back any of the loan papers, i wanted to make sure that they had been destroyed, so I called the dealership after I got home and asked to speak to the financial person to verify that the papers had been destroyed; I was told she was on the phone but she would call back right away to verify it. However, we never received a call back, so I hope that they destroyed the papers. All in all, my experience with this dealership was Ok until they screwed up and damaged the vehicle. Then instead of apologizing and empathizing with us over the time wasted to buy a car that they incredibly damaged while cleaning it, they took it out on us. I will never go there again, and recommend that others avoid them as well. More
