Our Palisade went in for a typical Check-up and repair of a window (recall) wind noise. I had the best experience buying my car. I called around noon and spoke with Justin Owens regarding the Santa Cruz I wanted. I explained my location situation and that I wanted as much confirmed before I drove out there. By 3pm I had all the information I needed from him and it was a done deal. Justin sent me the information right away even with adjustments. My payment was almost exactly what we estimated via email/phone. It was by far the easiest car buying experience I've had yet. I was a nervous wreck too because I was nervous/excited. Justin made everything too easy and I'm glad made the call to Greg May in Waco. More
