My car ran out of gas due to engine malfunction. After a month at the dealership they filled it with gas and gave it back to me even though there was something still wrong with the engine. Once they figured out it needed a new engine it took another month to get it approved. We had to contact them several times before they would return our call. Bill did work hard to get our new engine approved by Hyundai since it was denied the first time. More
