My 2021 Subaru WRX had a low tire pressure light on and the RF window was inoperable from the driver side switch. The car has approx 300 miles on it and the factory warranty just expired in August. At the the RF window was inoperable from the driver side switch. The car has approx 300 miles on it and the factory warranty just expired in August. At the time I called, I asked if they would submit the repairs under warranty. They said they would try. On the day of my appointment, I was told that they couldn't submit the repairs under warranty and I was charged $84.00. I think the repairs should have been covered or at least submitted to Subaru like I was told they would do. I'm not happy with the bill for my car which just ran out of factory warranty. All they did was add air to the tires, reset the light and the computer. More

Part ordered but not delivered. Not notified causing unnecessary 40 minute drive to W&L. Negligence will keep me using alternative mechanic unless absolutely necessary to use Subaru dealer. More
