This is the fourth car I bought from this dealership and the first that I had rodent damage to the wires. Perfect. It was a very expensive fix. However, the inside of the car was left very dirty. The team did an excellent job. I needed new tires and an alignment due to a flat tire. They took care of me and gave me a loaner overnight since it was near the end of the day. love the dealership but will never use their collision center again ! Very Nasty and accusatory . In the few years since i became a customer 2023 i purchased 2 new vehicles and have all 3 of my subarus se center again ! Very Nasty and accusatory . In the few years since i became a customer 2023 i purchased 2 new vehicles and have all 3 of my subarus serviced there . So when our 24 was hit we figured who better to do the collision repair ? well i dont know what the car even looks like now but i can say never again just on the phone experiance i had with one of the employees there. Shame i have given all 5 star reviews till now but being spoken to like i was a deadbeat on some check that was sent directly to them. AS a matter of fact, we directed our insurance co to send ALL payments directly to them. And oh boy, why wouldn't i pay the 500 $ deductible on a brand-new car that i need back ?I never have been spoken to like this by anyone else at W&L and hope this doesn't spread to the dealership . But i assure you next time i see the owner i will discuss this with him personally and suggest he has a talk with this person on customer relations and tactfulness and respect for customers ! More
