I had a 9:00am appt for an oil change and tire rotation. It took 2.5 hours! Staff said there were two call offs and one person out at a training. I don't know how to fix it when something like this happens It took 2.5 hours! Staff said there were two call offs and one person out at a training. The repair shop at W&L Subaru is the best. They provided regular updates, and my vehicle was complete before the original date. They also provided me with a free Car-Fax. I did have a problem coming up with 2 $500 deductibles, as I was expecting only 1. Nationwide gave me information that my 1st fender bender was not processed yet. They needed more information. Therefore my other one happened before the first one went through, according to Nationwide. It was the exact parts, except for a front bumper. I will never understand it, so it won’t help to explain. I am a senior citizen, on a fixed income. $1000 was extremely a hardship for me. More
