Given that we lived two states away, I was concerned about how a trade-in would work, but Jason made the whole experience easy by accepting pictures of the trade-in via text. Within hours, Jason called back to explain step by step the cost of the vehicle we were purchasing, the trade-in value, and the sales tax. On my drive up to Birmingham, Jason was in regular contact so that the dealership would be ready with all of the paperwork when I arrived to get me back on the road as quickly as possible for my five hour drive home.
