This isn't a review of an angry person because someone was mean to me. This is a review of a angry person (rightfully so) who bought a truck from this dealership on February 17th of this year (2026) and i was mean to me. This is a review of a angry person (rightfully so) who bought a truck from this dealership on February 17th of this year (2026) and its almost June of 2026 and I STILL don't have the truck, nor is the truck fixed, nor can I hardly get responses or updates from the people who run this business. I get the occasional response after basically fighting for it (texting and emailing trying to get updates). The included photos should explain the situation I have found myself in and am still currently in. Here is my ongoing requests since the truck was delivered with issues: 1. Fix my truck (properly). 2. Provide proof of all work done (labor, materials, troubleshooting findings, etc). 3. Deliver it to where you are supposed to (on a trailer). 4. With a warranty. This is sad to feel like i have to add this part but to the Franchise, CEO, GM and/or owner(s) of this dealership (or whoever responds to these on your behalf) .. instead of wasting your time trying to do damage control on this review … please don't waste your time. If you try to contact google to have my review removed that would just show the character of this dealership that much more. From the start of this issue, I have requested one thing -- to do the right thing. Argue all you want by saying you are trying to fix it but ** it doesn't take months to fix or replace a transmission and detail a truck **. Plus, there has been zero proof shown to me about what you're claiming. So, no, you're not. I am not sure what you are trying to do behind closed doors but unfortunately I am only left to assume you are trying to quietly screw me or hope I give in and request my money back like you mentioned on the phone so you don't "lose money on this deal". That's the cost of doing business sometimes. You win some you lose some. How about just doing the right thing? Is that a forgotten term? Sometimes that's worth more than losing some coin. I did say from the start that I would pursue routes like this if I had to but hoped I wouldn't have to. Well, here we are. Months later. Paying interest + principal on a loan for a truck i have never even driven before, fighting every day for updates, having to waste my time doing this. Todays date: May 23, 2026. I’m sorry but the service department needs to be retrained. The service was awful and they could care less about the customer. Read the google reviews on service. Be mindful of their Service department. Very nice people but I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. They tried to sell me the world. Richard worked very hard to get me into a very nice truck. It was just a bit of out my price range but he was persistent but not pushy, while providing me with an excellent deal. Voyles service department was about a week. That's faster than anywhere I've done car maintenance lately. Jeep customer care was great and checked on us a few times with updates.
