Excellent experince and wonderful people! My wife, two kids and I bought a Passat here on March 31. I bough several cars before at different dealerships, Vorderman is the BEST! I live in Bowli My wife, two kids and I bought a Passat here on March 31. I bough several cars before at different dealerships, Vorderman is the BEST! I live in Bowling Green Ohio and drove about 4 hours to do this, and it was definitely worthed it. The locations is convenient, the facility is very nice, everyone is nice and proffesional, even the design and decoration of the show room is classic. I worked with Matt and Chad and they both were very knowledgable, helpful and polite. Especially Chad, the GM, he went above and beyond, taking extra miles to make me my family happy. It was not perfect, but nothing is perfect in the world. I had concerns, but Chad offered me multiple solutions, and eventually my family are happy which is most important. I strongly recommend them to everyone and will come back for my next one. Thanks a lot! More

Amazing Service! My check engine light had been on for a few months in my 2012 VW CC Sport. I was afraid it would be a costly repair and likea lot of people live pay check to pay check. I took into Vordermans to have it diagnosed. Turns out it was my turbo. They quoted me at $2035. Being a single mom of 2 boys this made my stomach turn. I was even more irritated because I hadn't even had my car for a year and a half. I had high expectations of Volkswagen so this was disheartening. To make matters even worse I was just over my 60k mile warranty. The dealership I bought my car from never informed me of any kind of warranty. I was left to believe I bought it"as is!" Between Chad the general manger and Abbey the advisor they understood my struggle and agony. They were able to work out an extremely great deal that saved me hundreds of dollars and didn't leave my account empty!! They gave me a loaner car at no charge and had my car fixed in less than 24 hours. This was by far the most pleasant auto repair experience of my life and I would recommend them to anyone. They definitely earned a customer for life. ? More

I appreciated an overall positive experience! I stopped by the dealership on December 11th out of curiosity to look at a used Volvo I saw passing by on the highway. Caril was the sales person I met ... she was so kind and welcoming, then gave me the basic information on the Volvo as well as several other used SUV's. The price of the Volvo was surprisingly in my price range, I then asked if I could take it to an independent mechanic in town for a "pre-purchase check" with which Vorderman had no problem. I was asked in what range I would prefer to keep my monthly payments and Teresha made that happen! Who knew a week later I'd be driving off the lot in my 2010 Volvo! I so much appreciate Caril's 'no pressure' sales approach throughout the purchasing process! I would highly recommend them! More

Before I made my first payment the car broke down and I took it to them to repair. When I picked up the car the service center had a list of repairs needed that totaled $4,000 ish. I had paid nearly $6,000 for the car only a few weeks prior. The only solution they had was to trade it in. I am glad that they have favorable reviews but I will not do any business with them in the future and will inform as many people as I can about their business practices. More
