I will always remain grateful for the extra care and thought that was put into purchasing my new 2017 VOLVO XC90. He is the reason I own my new car and am so happy. I just can't stop smiling! He was transparent with every step. I never felt pushed or pressured. I know I was probably pretty annoying, but he never let me feel I was. Such good character. I highly recommend JIM KREITZMANN to help you with your purchase. You won't regret it! More

It was a devastating time and this Volvo dealership really stepped up to help us out for our extraordinary circumstance. To add, every time I went in for service the team was fast and courteous. Highly recommend. More

Volvo ain't what it used to be Fuel pump had been replaced under recall in 2010. Dealer said they would probably fix it free since it smells like gas. We are a customer of Volvo of Tacoma since 2006. In September of 2010, we brought our Volvo XC90 to their service dept. because of an AC problem. We were told then that they need to replace the air com September of 2010, we brought our Volvo XC90 to their service dept. because of an AC problem. We were told then that they need to replace the air compressor. At that time our car has 22K miles. They admitted that it's unusual for the air compressor to break this soon. Because I trust them that they know what they are doing, I agreed to replace the air compressor. We paid almost $1400. On our way home after we picked up the car, we noticed that the AC is not working. We brought the car back a few days later and they told us that the air compressor failed to work and needs to be replaced. We thought that it's just an isolated case. A month later, the air compressor failed to work again. They installed another air compressor. The last two air compressors were covered by warranty. After the third air compressor, we assumed that they fixed the problem. In the next 2 1/2 years, my wife occasionally mentioned to me that the AC is not working right. I ignored her for so long. It was my biggest mistake. In July of 2013 we used the car to travel to Southern Oregon. At this time I was convinced that the AC was not working and needs to be checked. After our trip, we took the car to Volvo of Tacoma. Their diagnosis - bad air compressor. This is when our ordeal started. I can't believe that it's the compressor again. I asked for second opinion but it did not work as well. With no other choice, we went back to Volvo of Tacoma. Volvo agreed to pay 50% of the compressor. The issue is, they did not fix the problem after replacing the compressor. For weeks they have no idea how to fix the problem. They asked technical support from Volvo. After consultation with Volvo technicians, they suggested to try replacing the expansion valve. Since they can't guarantee that it will fix the problem, I disagreed. Volvo stepped-in again and agreed to pay for the expansion valve. Replacing the expansion valve did not fix anything. After 6 weeks, they suggested to replace the condenser for $1100 with no guarantee to fix the problem. At this time, I was just too tired playing their guessing games and decided to pick up our car without resolving the issue. Adding insult to injury we paid 50% of the compressor. I encourage other customers with bad experience with Volvo of Tacoma to share your stories More
