I had previously visited a competitor dealership and, hands down, Haron was superior in customer service and car quality. David was new on the job but made sure to find the answers to all my questions. Thank you Haron for treating me as a valuable customer and selling me an amazing Volvo XC 90. More

Absolutely poor customer service Went to Volvo the day after my rim got bent from hitting a pothole so I could order a new one. It came in 2 days later and Volvo made 2 deep scratches Went to Volvo the day after my rim got bent from hitting a pothole so I could order a new one. It came in 2 days later and Volvo made 2 deep scratches (2 & 3 inches long) while putting in on the new tire I had to get. Instead of ordering me another rim, I was told they would take the scratched rim off to send it off for 1-2 days to get buffed down and painted. That was 2 weeks ago tomorrow and I still haven't heard on when my rim could get fixed. I've been getting the runaround about them not having a loaner car for me. Ordering a new rim, like I asked, would've gotten here faster than their service department getting my scratched rim fixed! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE VOLVO!! Being "Volvo" customers should expect quality, but not at Harris. More

Volvo’s are great but I paid up front for lifetime oil changes. Now I’m being charged for oil disposal because you changed ownership and the new owner doesn’t want to honor the agreement so I need to go find a Lithia dealer.... bs On top of that I bought the car as a lease return and 6 months after purchase I found evidence of a covered up fender bender I was not advised of. Also there are several issues with the interaction between the infotainment system and my iPhone which should be addressed with a software update but Volvo doesn’t. Power, handling, safety, ride are all good but the numerous little issues leave me seriously doubting if I will buy another and I’m not sure I would recommend the brand More

Virtually every time I have either called or visited this dealership I have had a bad experience. The service manager at this store seems to have a chip on his shoulder and a very short fuse to boot. I called there today only to ask a simple question about a message my car shows on the dashboard. It says "overdue for service"...when the car had been serviced only 1500 miles earlier!!! This service manager seemed to think I was some village idiot telling me to "read the owner's manual to see what to do about turning that message off myself" rather than telling me what to do"!!! If this were only the first encounter I've had with this person I might have attributed his message as simply being "a bit harsh". But, since this is not the first encounter I've had with him I can only conclude he is congenitally hostile to people who ask him for answers to simple questions - as I did or tried to do. Bottom line: finding a different Volvo dealership is next on my schedule. More

When I contacted the Volvo representative who handles Costco, I told him that I would be out to purchase the car on November 25th. The dealership sold the vehicle to another dealership in Pasadena the week before I was to arrive. When I called to confirm my appointment for the 25th, they told me the car had been sold. Two days later, they said they could get it back. I purchased the car on Friday and they had to go and get the car Friday night. Luckily, I was still in town Saturday to pick up the car. When I got to my appointment on Friday, Nick was not ready for me. 40 minutes after my appointment, we got started on the paperwork. The process ended up taking 2.5 hours and it was an all cash deal. When I got to the dealership at the time I was told to be there to pick up the car on Saturday, again they were not ready for me. First, the license cover had to be swapped out. Second, the car had to go back to the detailer because it was not properly cleaned. Nettie, the Finance Manager was supposed to follow up with me regarding the Safe and Secure flyer that I left with her on Friday. I have still not received any follow up on this. Yesterday, I called Volvo USA in New Jersey to follow up on it myself. The contract stated that there were 120 miles on the car. When I got into the car on Saturday, there were 231 miles on the car. I was told that Nick would follow up on this to amend the contract for warranty purposes. I have heard no follow up regarding this. I feel as though I am being VERY generous giving 4 stars. Nick and Jack were very nice, but my entire experience with the dealership left me with the impression that the people that work at this dealership are not very organized. More
Overseas Paris Given the initial hiccup involving the original sales person leaving and the lack of clear documentation the subsequent efforts by the staff at Fresno Given the initial hiccup involving the original sales person leaving and the lack of clear documentation the subsequent efforts by the staff at Fresno Volvo to resolve the problems is commendable. Every effort was made to make sure the car I ordered was delivered as promised even though it involved an out-of-box approach. I thanks the Volvo America people for making sure the plans that were made to fly to Paris were completed as desired. More
