Service dept doesn’t answer their phones and doesn’t return voicemails in multiple instances. Took my car in for service of an emissions light and they released the car to me as if it were done. Got a call later that week that my part was ready and I had no idea a part was ordered. Was told that I had to bring the car back to finish repairs. Took the car back the next week, got the part installed. Two days later the light was back on. Been waiting for three days as I write this for a call back in response to my voicemails. If there was a dealer anywhere closer than 20 miles away, I would not bring my car here. Will definitely not buy a replacement Volvo from this dealership. More

I was there yesterday and purchased a brand new Volvo XC40 from Adam Washington. He treated my husband and I very well. Quite happy with him. He explained everything thoroughly. She was very responsive and provided the salesperson's names in a timely manner. I arrived 30 minutes early for the appointment, i was greeted upon entering the dealership. I asked for Adam Washington, and he called me by name and greeted me with a friendly hello and strong handshake. He had the car ready for me and let me test drive it without him. When I came back from the test drive, he already had my trade in valued. We started talking about the deal and we asked so many questions, if he did not know the answer he went to find out and returned in a timely manner each time. I appreciated his respect for our time. I was introduced to Fade Salama Finance Manager, during our conversation i found him to be respectful and he took time explaining the information we were not clear on. Overall, I felt that the dealership gave me a respectable deal. I recommend this dealership. The only constructive feedback i have would be to update the dealership, it is lacking the luxury essence that Volvo offers. More
