I had an excellent service experience this morning. They diagnosed the issue very quickly and said they had to order a part. I already knew this but they just confirmed it. On the other hand, trying to make a service appointment was a totally different experience. I called and had to leave a callback number which didn't happen at all. I called the next day and after a much longer than normal time before anyone picked up, I found out where the "International" came from in their name since I was talking to India with someone who was difficult to understand. More
