I turned in my leased XC40 for a new XC40. I chose the XC40 because it is a good fit for me. My sales representative Adam Washington was very knowledgeable and attentive. Corporate would not approve finance although my credit rating was excellent. My credit report had an issue due to a transaction made during the pandemic. I have been a Volvo lease customer for 3 previous lease agreements. The sales manager was exceptional in trying to work with corporate. The DEALER Sales manager, representative and finance manager worked both with corporate and me. Based on the efforts of these individuals, I purchased the vehicle outright. Thank You! More

I brought my Volvo XC60 in for repairs on the EVAP based on codes I received on a check engine light. I brought the car in for service on the check engine light and also requested new wiper blades, as they on codes I received on a check engine light. I brought the car in for service on the check engine light and also requested new wiper blades, as they are special type of blades for Volvo. The repair of the EVAP system was completed but the wiper blades were missed and I didn't realize until I returned home. Great service but now I don't have time to reschedule a new appointment More
