Let me start by saying this is our third Volvo. Had to have my daughter’s car (mileage 50,800) towed there because it was the closest dealership, only to have the service advisor talk down to he Had to have my daughter’s car (mileage 50,800) towed there because it was the closest dealership, only to have the service advisor talk down to her when she arrived and told her they could not even look at the car until the following week. When they finally contacted her with the quote, it was over $2000.00 for a battery change. We contacted another dealership to confirm that the prices were out of line and sure enough, they were. We contacted the service department ant Volvo Cars Jackson and told them so, they said the price was the price. Now, we will have to pick the car up and trailer or tow it back to another dealership. You HAVE to do better Volvo Cars Jackson! I would have given no stars but this app wouldn’t allow less than one star:( More
