Most recently, after a service visit I noticed that the service technicians had forgotten to reset my service alert indicator. I contacted Jasmine in the service department and asked her if I could do it myself. She emailed me instructions on how to reset it but after a number of tries I was unsuccessful. I contacted her again and she sent out a mobile service technician named Billy to reset the alert for me. He came out after he had clocked out of work and took care of it for me. I was impressed that they would send someone out to my home just to reset a service alert light and that Billy would come out after getting off work. Awesome service! More
