Dishonest experience here after buying a used car. They signed off that everything was in working condition including the A/C when in reality it needed a new compressor that when brought to their attention within a week of purchase, they declined to cover the repair. Look elsewhere and hopefully find someone more honest

WORST PLACE TO BUY YOUR VOLVO FROM. I bought a Volvo from this dealer in July of 2023 and in November of 2023 someone crashed into us making it a total loss. I was told by the insurance to cancel the extended warranty to get the money back. I called the dealer and they said the warranty was NON CANCELABLE. No where in the contract does it state anything about a total loss or anything. They would ONLY move it into another car IF WE PURCHASED another vehicle from them. They had nothing in our price range as we still had another loan from the accident and insurance had not paid off our last car YET. I went to explain this to the manger that we bought another vehicle that was in our price range and he was walking away as I explained everything to him. He was so rude and disrespectful!! Stated that it was not his problem. I would NEVER consider buying another car from this place ever again!!! They are only nice and respectful when you are purchasing a vehicle from them

Pablo brought the vehicle to my house and spent a generous amount of time getting me comfortable with the vehicle and assisting me in setting up my new Volvo app. Was a refreshing experience.
