Worked with Dennis Rethwisch recently on the purchase of our new XC60. The initial meet was actually fun, and we left feeling we would be back to buy a car having had such a good experience. When we did return a week later Dennis made the buying experience as painless as possible, and then spent a good amount of time teaching us the features of the car to get us started. He also mentioned that he could “ deliver” the car a couple more times to help us learn the functions, and suggested we make a list of questions and come back for a (free) car wash and let him help us some more. It took over 24 hours, keeping my car overnight; however, Felipe offered and ensured that the car would be delivered to me (eliminating the cost of a 3rd Uber). I would have preferred if the young men who dropped off the car could have been knowledgeable and prepared to walk me through the services that had been provided; but instead, it was a sterile drop-off. And while I would say the overall service team 'passed' or was average (no damning complaints, thank goodness), perhaps management might ask Felipe to direct others on the team on personalized customer service to improve and provide a consistent total experience. More
