When I decided it was time to trade in my 2013 S60, I looked online for a used S60 for sale in Houston. I found a 2022 S60 for sale at Volvo Cars West Houston. Everyone there was great and very helpful, from the receptionist to the used sales manager (David), the sales rep (Adrian) and the guy who completed the sales paperwork with me (Nick). My experience working with Sergio at West Houston Volvo was so awesome. Night and day from what I experienced trying to work w 3 different Volvo dealerships in my state of Iowa. My local dealership was only interested in leasing me a car, while Sergio didn't care if I financed or paid cash (we ended up getting a cash discount rebate too). He was responsive and helpful, including assisting me in finding a shipping carrier, something that my local dealership tried to charge me double for. While they are still "looking" for me, the Houston car is bought and on it's way. It's not that hard to provide excellent customer service if you want to make the sale!
