My experience working with Sergio at West Houston Volvo was so awesome. Night and day from what I experienced trying to work w 3 different Volvo dealerships in my state of Iowa. My local dealership was only interested in leasing me a car, while Sergio didn't care if I financed or paid cash (we ended up getting a cash discount rebate too). He was responsive and helpful, including assisting me in finding a shipping carrier, something that my local dealership tried to charge me double for. While they are still "looking" for me, the Houston car is bought and on it's way. It's not that hard to provide excellent customer service if you want to make the sale!
