There had been some confusion with the internet scheduling of my service, but Bryan was quick to resolve the problem and had my car serviced and back to me with minimal waiting. This is the third car we have purchased from Bob Byers and each time is a great customer experience. The staff including Tom and Matt are friendly and knowledgable about all the models of cars on the lot and each time is a great customer experience. I especially love the fact that there is never any pressure to buy, they just want to ensure that their customers are educated on one of the bigger purchases they will make. I had a catastrophic tire failure (road hazard tear through the sidewall) on my 2013 S 60 R Design. Since the S 60 has no spare, my options were few. After talking with Kevin I called Volvo Roadside through the sidewall) on my 2013 S 60 R Design. Since the S 60 has no spare, my options were few. After talking with Kevin I called Volvo Roadside and they arranged for my car to be towed to Ravenna Volvo. As luck (?) would have it, Kevin had a couple of the exact tires that are OEM on my car (used, with nearly identical mileage) and called me to give me the option to have one put on my car. Naturally, I was glad to have to replace only one tire rather than 2 or all 4. From my first call (around 200 pm on Tuesday, December 4) through me picking up my car (about 1215 pm on Wednesday, December 5) Kevin was always pleasant, always helpful and thoroughly professional as well as understanding of my needs. On a scale of 10, I would give Kevin a 12 for his attitude, understanding, professionalism and promptness - both in getting my car back to me as soon as possible and for keeping me informed every step of the way. This time I dealt with Kevin but on other instances since 2008 I have dealt with others in the Service Department as well and I must say that each and every one of them has exhibited the same level of customer service as Kevin. I cannot say enough good things about the Service Department at Ravenna Volvo. All my experiences with you have been excellent or better. Thanks again to all who work in the Service Department! More

My service appointment was scheduled within 1 day of the request. I was given a complete explanation of the work that would be done and an estimate of the cost, both at the time a called to make an appoint request. My car was serviced at a new location, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the location offered complimentary shuttle service to and from the dealership. Steve (my service advisor) and all other staff were very friendly, and delivered service with a smile. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience. More
I had a great experience. Kevin met met when I walked in. The Ravenna service staff has always treated me with utmost respect and explained things to me in a language I could understand. Car service is expensive, but I feel I get my money's worth from Ravenna. When my husband and I decided we needed an all wheel drive vehicle, we considered other makes. By the time we had the options we felt we needed, other cars, while starting out with a lower sticker price, ended up being comparably priced. Again, the sales staff (Dick and Isaac) treated us with the same respect and honesty we get from Ravenna's service staff. And, JC worked his magic to make our loan happen. If I could give an even higher recommendation than all 'greats' I would. I find every aspect of Ravenna Volvo to be stellar. More
