Our experience with Volvo Cars Seattle has always been a guest-first and fully transparent one. This recent regular service interval was performed with our additional request to resolve a vibration issue the tech was unable to duplicate after the brake service. I was offered the opportunity to drive the vehicle with the tech aboard to attempt to duplicate the issue. It turned out that the already recommended brake rotor and pad replacement that was completed with the service had also resolved the additional vibration concern. So many other manufacturers' service departments have released the vehicle back as completed with a "call us back if it continues" unresolution. This is a further example of the Volvo Cars Seattle standout. More
