This was an amazing experience. We have been to other Volvo repair shops and never gotten service like at Santa Monica. When you drive up they greet you, they explain in detail wh We have been to other Volvo repair shops and never gotten service like at Santa Monica. When you drive up they greet you, they explain in detail what is going on with your car, helped us get a car rental, we always had easy access to talking with Robert. He was so helpful and understanding and knowledgeable of what was going on. All the staff were absolutely amazing. When my car was done it was spotless and smelled good inside. We drive 43 miles to get to this service repair and it is so worth it. We’ll never go to my local Volvo service again. The personal treatment and the car car is #1. Thank you Robert for all you and your staff did. More
