Great Experience! I found this car that I wanted to look at online and happened to be in the area for work. When I arrived they had the car ready for me to test drive I found this car that I wanted to look at online and happened to be in the area for work. When I arrived they had the car ready for me to test drive out front, which I appreciated because I didn’t have a lot of time. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. At no time, did I feel like I was being pressured into anything. I’d like to specially thank Senior Sales Manager Armin Buholzer for outstanding service. I had a few questions about the car after I purchased in the weeks to follow and he got back to me with solid answers. In fact, the whole staff was very good about getting back to me with answers to my questions. These were not easy questions either. Many of them were questions that required research. I got every question answered to a satisfactory conclusion. I’ve bought a lot of cars and I’ve never had a dealership take so much time to make sure I was a satisfied customer after I had bought! I will definitely recommend this place and I will look to this place in the future if in need of a vehicle. More

On my first visit, he spent hours with me learning about what I needed, talking about my options...the pros and cons based on what I wanted. He spent a lot of time taking me through the features and answering my questions about safety options, which was important to me having a young child. He also has fantastic route for a test drive that takes you through freeways to city streets to neighborhoods, so you experience the car in all L.A. environments. I went to a few dealerships that weekend, and Cornel was the only person who didn't email and text me every few days, which I felt was unnecessary because I wasn't going to forget who I visited. You should definitely ask for him when you visit the dealership. More

Great Car. Great Customer Service. Cornel Dunning greeted me at the lot and made the entire process of purchasing my car easy from start to end. This review is of the service center at Volvo of Santa Monica... I have been bringing my Volvo here for service since new all the way from Pasadena (yes, I know there is a Volvo dealer in Pasadena) and Monica... I have been bringing my Volvo here for service since new all the way from Pasadena (yes, I know there is a Volvo dealer in Pasadena) and have been completely satisfied each time.  I have had the pleasure of dealing with Maria and Carlos and they are great.  Very friendly, personable, and helpful unlike at some of the other dealers (like the one in Pasadena) where the service advisors are basically just people that write up service tickets.  They are da bomb!  The entire service staff is great!  My car is returned completely and correctly serviced, and clean.  I was just there today for service and they even washed my car even though it was pouring rain!  Now what dealer would wash your car for you when it's raining (not the one in Pasadena...they didn't even wash my car for me when I bought it because it was raining)? There are plenty of Volvo dealers in the Los Angelesl area and I've dealt with at least four of them in the past and Volvo of Santa Monica is by far the best! More

From my first contact with Candice, to signing on the dotted line, Daniel, Mazi, Alma and the service technician ( forgot his name) were so friendly and helpful. I flew in from Texas to check out the car and they were very accommodating to my tight schedule. There was never a hardsell and I appreciate the honesty of Mazi when he was very up front with the fact that he did not know much about the car. I've purchased many cars, and one of the biggest turnoffs for me is some salesman making things up! The entire experience, from first contact thru purchase and delivery of the car, was exceptional.
