I was shopping for a new car after having a Ford Explorer for 16 years! I didn't know where to start. Do I get an Infiniti, BMW, Audi, Lexus, Mercedes, Range Rover? I wanted an SUV. Ironically, I parked in front of the Volvo dealership because I saw an Infiniti crossover for sale and I wanted to check it out. Sure enough, it was too small but the Volvo cars had caught my eye. After hours of test driving other vehicles, I returned to the dealership to test drive the Volvo Xc60. I knew from the moment I pulled away that this was my new car:) Thomas was a great salesperson because he never pressured. He let the car sell itself. He was informative, cordial, and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Santa Monica Volvo because their staff represents the quality of the car they are selling. All of them joined in to help which showed me the family oriented nature of that dealership.
