What can I said, Francisco is the best salesperson I have ever met. We all know that going to a dealership can be stressful because of people pushing you and thinking only about sales. I was looking for this car and dreaming g about for more than a year, and contacting Francisco for months. My words cannot truly express the patience ,the kindness ,the honesty of Francisco. I am not an easy buyer but I felt I connected with him from the very first call. Last year I told him: "whenever I am ready You will be the one who sell me the car I want, ( I was very picky about everything), today, when I saw my Volvo XC 40 T5 R design, I felt like he was saving it just for me . I highly recommend him , you won't be disappointed .He will make you a great deal, just like he did with me. I am very happy! And what can I said about the financial department, and the dealership in general.: The best.!! It took us only 30 minutes to finalize the paperwork, not only because Carlos was great explaining ,but because Francisco took care of everything that I needed in advance and over the phone. It was very nice to finally meet him in person after a year or longer. Go to Volvo Santa Monica .You won't be disappointed. More

I am a first time Volvo owner. My experience with John A., the salesman was nothing short of amazing. I reached out to this location inquiring about XC40, John A., located a car and explained everything A., the salesman was nothing short of amazing. I reached out to this location inquiring about XC40, John A., located a car and explained everything thing I needed to know. Unfortunately due to the car having to be shipped, I opted for the XC60. From our multiple phone conversations and my visit to the office my experience was great. However, the Service department failed on their part, by not following up with me regarding a scuff mark on the steering wheel. It took two visits and a call to the Service department manager to have the issue resolved. One month in and I am still happy about my decision. More
