I have been pleasantly surprised with Volvo of Santa Monica’s team in helping me purchase my XC90. When I started reaching out to Volvo dealerships, I sent a cold email/contact-us form to many dealers ( Monica’s team in helping me purchase my XC90. When I started reaching out to Volvo dealerships, I sent a cold email/contact-us form to many dealers (15+). In the spirit of saving time for the sales team and myself, I was upfront with what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. Few got back to me, but only Volvo of Santa Monica and one more dealership got back with upfront pricing. John Kozin from Volvo of Santa Monica’s sales team went above & beyond by trying to get in touch with me via multiple emails and calls. I was having a busy day at work, so it took me a day to get back. He was willing to work with me on pretty much everything I was requesting. No other dealership showed this level of engagement.
