I came in for a test drive and received what I thought were standard Dealer niceties and treatment. Even though they worked out a deal to my liking, I still wanted to shop around for other vehicles, and e were standard Dealer niceties and treatment. Well, I should have just taken the deal that day because I soon learned that John Kozin and team's level of professionalism, customer service, and transparency are rather hard to come by in this town.
