This dealership has recently change locations. The new location is far more convenient, but the facilities are not particularly hospitable/pleasant to spend time in. I had a very positive experience shopping for and purchasing a new Volvo hybrid SUV at Volvo Cars Pioneer Valley. Although the particular hybrid model that we were looking for was not initially available at Pioneer Valley, Tristan located one which matched our specifications at another Volvo dealership out of our geographic area. He. exchanged the hybrid SUV from the dealership for another 2021 vehicle on the Pioneer Valley lot. This was accomplished in a matter of days. Tristan then helped us to navigate our trade-in arrangements, financing, and transfer of ownership with a flexibility and conscientiousness that made the entire transaction smooth and efficient.  More
