I don't know who is in charge of this place, but they are literally the best. I had a really nice car leasing experience here, two leases in a row, nice price and terms, overall really like Volvo... but the literally the best. I had a really nice car leasing experience here, two leases in a row, nice price and terms, overall really like Volvo... but the icing on the cake is my recent experience with the service department. For some reason, I was having some issues with sensors in my car popping up on the dashboard. I took it in, they looked at it, quickly gave me a fresh loaner, brand new XC40 (man that thing is zippy!), and I was on my way. The new sensor delivery took longer than expected, this was around the holiday times, and Juan Mesa at customer service kept me updated perfectly. He expected quicker turnaround, told me the bad news when there was a delay, didn't sugar coat it, and just kept me up to date. We are getting the car back today, and I don't know if I explained it properly, but Juan's overall demeanor and just being on top if it was refreshing, as most companies aren't like that these days!!! Anyways, highly recommend Volvo N. Miami and Juan Mesa. Thank you!!! More

I visually showed you my battery has been checked 4 times , it’s not the battery :) super discriminationary behavior from manger Cesar & service host Carlos . if you plan on getting a Volvo , go absolutely anywhere else :) or to an actual Volvo !! this private owned is too stingy and entitled.. I shouldn’t have to be one calling insurance companies :) that’s ur job Carlos :) do it As to Cesar :) you never heard the policy the customer is always right ? Excellent service During COVID-19 pandemic, Volvo offered to come to my house to pick up my car, free of charge, and take it in for long overdue service. Car was tuned up and software was all updated, and car was cleaned, inside and out. Victor was excellent service manager. Worst service dealer. I had to go 3 times in order to get my car taken to service and the transmition was damage. Then also they want me to pay for a piece damaged bc the time theybtook to take my car. They my car taken to service and the transmition was damage. Terrible place I have to say that my experience working with Volvo north Miami was just a nightmare.. every time I go to just have a regular service, they come up wi I have to say that my experience working with Volvo north Miami was just a nightmare.. every time I go to just have a regular service, they come up with something broken while the car was totally driving fine on the way to this terrible place.. They even told me they changed the oil, but I discovered that they did not as I checked the oil color after I arrived home and it was dark as before.. If you worry about your car and money, please don't go there... More
