I recently purchased a Volvo, and although I have financed many cars over the years, I have never had an experience quite like the one I had with Kelvin Mendez. From the very beginning, Kelvin went above and beyond to help me. I am usually very cautious and skeptical when it comes to financing and making sure I understand exactly what I am paying for. Kelvin took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with incredible patience, and worked hard to find every posst was his honesty, professionalism, and dedication. He researched every option thoroughly and found opportunities and benefits that I never would have discovered on my own. His knowledge and attention to detail were truly outstanding. I even brought my husband with me, and it became a family joke that I trusted Kelvin's advice more than my husband's! Kelvin did such an amazing job that my husband actually started considering buying a Volvo himself after seeing all the benefits Kelvin was able to secure for me. Absolutely horrible dealership. From the top(owner/president) to the bottom. Parts department overprices by 30%+. Rude stealership. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Anywhere is better than this place.
