Friendly and capable on-the-spot service. We are vacationing in the area on our way to Quebec from Ithaca, NY. Needed new wipers and went to Volvo Village of Danvers. Then we heard a rattle The friendly service manager got us in to have it checked. They were totally booked. Turns out one of the bolts on the engine mount was loose. They tightened up all the bolts and identified a slow leak (not needing immediate attention) in the coolant system.. We were on our way in half an hour. No charge!!! We are so appreciative and found the experience so positive in what sometimes seems like a negative era! More
